When users use AI Search or AI Q&A, and the AI cannot retrieve any content,
the default response will be "unknown" or:
"I am temporarily unable to understand your question. If you have any questions or need assistance, please try to provide a clear and specific description of your issue so I can better assist you."
You can configure a "Default reply with low text matching degree" to guide users toward other solutions or direct them to contact customer support for further assistance.
Click Setup -> AI Configuration, select Default reply with low text matching degree, and customize the configuration as needed.
