HelpLook already supports uploading docx, xlsx, and pdf files. Users can upload relevant files to the knowledge base for unified storage and management, making it easier to find and use them.
Uploading files
In the [Content] column of the left menu, click "+" and select "Upload files" to upload PDF and Excel files
*Support free file upload within 3MB, if you need to support larger files, please enable the traffic package function.
The Effect:
Assuming that there is an updated version of the file, you can directly click "Update and Upload" in the upper right corner. In this way, the historical sharing link will not be affected and users can access it normally

1. Will AI automatically train files?
Files, like articles, will be automatically sent to AI training as long as they are in the publishing state.
2. Can I configure access permissions for different people to view files?
Yes, files can be accessed as well as articles.
