How to View Your Site's Data Overview
Download
Data Overview includes Page Views (PV), Unique Visitors (UV), Likes, Dislikes and Article Feedback. HelpLook supports the presentation of site performance in the form of a graphical visualisation, which is done as follows:
(1) Click Analyze->Overview"to view the site performance.
*The top right corner provides the function of filtering the time range.
*When you use line charts, you can use different colors to separate the data for observation and analysis.
*This feature is only supported by Professional and Enterprise edition users.
(2) Clicking on each data type below the icon, you can choose to hide/show that data in the line graph for better observation and analysis.
(3) Scroll down from this page to see the data overview of popular articles and popular searches.
